By using StrawberryData products, you agree to these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We may update or discontinue features over time. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws when consuming or distributing insights derived from the platform.

You may not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt infrastructure, or resell access without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service over the prior three months to the extent permitted by law.
